Guest Code of Conduct

Welcome! We are committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and family-friendly environment for all of our guests. To ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience, we ask that all visitors respect the following guidelines while on the property.

Behavior & Conduct

  • Respectful Interaction: We do not tolerate fighting, horseplay, taunting, threatening behavior, or the use of profanity and abusive language toward other guests or team members.

  • Line Etiquette: Line jumping, holding spots for others, or leaving and returning to a line for any ticketed attraction is strictly prohibited.

  • Public Spaces: Please refrain from running, excessively loud behavior, or blocking walkways and entrances.

Dress Code

To maintain a family-friendly atmosphere, all guests must wear appropriate attire, including shirts and shoes, at all times.

  • Clothing displaying offensive language, obscene graphics, or that exposes excessive skin is not permitted.

  • Masks or full-face paint that conceals a guest's identity are prohibited (with the exception of standard medical/health face coverings). Management reserves the right to ask guests to cover up visible tattoos that may be deemed offensive or distracting.

Prohibited Items

For the safety of everyone, the following items are strictly prohibited on the property:

  • Illegal substances and outside alcoholic beverages.

  • Drones, remote-controlled toys, and laser pointers.

  • Hoverboards, skateboards, inline skates, and wheeled shoes (Heelys).

  • Large coolers and glass containers.

Photography & Videography

We encourage guests to capture memories during their visit! However, commercial photography, professional video equipment, and the use of drones are strictly prohibited without prior written approval from management.

Supervision & Chaperones

Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or chaperone who is at least 21 years of age to enter and remain on the property. Chaperones are responsible for the behavior of their party.

Enforcement Policy

The Island is privately owned. Management and on-site security reserve the right to refuse admission or respectfully ask any person violating this Code of Conduct to leave the premises immediately. Guests removed for policy violations will not be eligible for refunds on any attraction tickets or wristbands.
