1. Is there a charge for admission?
There is no admission charge for The Island in Pigeon Forge!
2. Where can I park?
Parking is FREE at The Island in Pigeon Forge. Guests can park in the parking lot between Timberwood Grill and Paula Deen’s Family Kitchen when spaces are available. However, most of our guests park in The LeConte Center Parking Lot, which is owned by the City of Pigeon Forge. The City also provides complimentary tram rides from the lot to The Island during business hours. To view a map that shows our parking options, click here.
3. Are you open on holidays? What are your regular hours?

4. How much are the rides?
The prices for each ride vary and can be seen by clicking on the individual rides here. The best way to enjoy all we have to offer is to invest in a 24-hour unlimited rides pass! With this, you are even able to split your time up between two days! Buy a pass in the evening, enjoy the rides, come back the next morning and ride them again – all for one convenient package and price. The pass is $30, or $40 if you’d like to add a one-time admission to The Island Ropes Course.
5. Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets can be purchased at the Ticket Center, located next to Timberwood Grill.
6. What is your rain policy?
Our rides operate in the rain, unless there is lightning within the area, then our rides and ropes course will close. If we have to shut down due to lightning, we will allow guests back on when the weather has passed.
7. Do you provide wheel chair/stroller rental?
The Island does not provide wheel chair or stroller rentals.
8. How late does the fountain play?
The Island Show Fountain plays approximately every 30 minutes beginning at the top of each hour. The shows begin at 10:00 AM, with the last show beginning at 11:30 PM.
9. What special events are occurring when I visit?

10. Where are the bathrooms located?
We have three sets of public restrooms on property. There is one located in between Margaritaville Restaurant and Wyndham, another located in a breezeway near The Island Show Fountain, and one located beside Arcade City. To view our map, click here.
11. Do you have an ATM?
There are three ATMs on property. They are located inside Arcade City (next to the Ticket Center), in the Margaritaville Island Hotel, and at 7D Dark Ride Adventure.
12. Are dogs allowed?
We are a pet-friendly property here at The Island in Pigeon Forge! Dogs on leashes are more than welcome. However, it is up to the individual shops and restaurants as to whether they are allowed inside the businesses. Service animals are always welcome, but may not be permitted on certain rides.
13. Where is the Lost and Found located?
If you lose an item here at The Island, please visit our Ticket Center. All items found by our staff or guests will be taken here. You can also call (865) 286-0119.
